The noodles taste as if there's a hint of olive oil in them, and that's a good thing. This place is known for its delicate soy sauce and salt broth made with duck, also a rare taste. There are monthly one-off dishes as well that will cause long queues so be sure to check the web page first for the calendar.

We received special ramen. Is the seafood soup that matches the word refreshing rather than simple, well-balanced soup and soy sauce, and is it a flavor oil? Exquisite seasoning that is not too refreshing because it is rich. I think the noodles are moderately straight, supple, soft boiled and slightly balanced. Both rare char shoo and thick menma are delicious and recommended. Next I want to make a menu with wonton. I also want to eat boiled! I went there during the day, so next time I want to go to the menu-rich night.

[Shibasaki-tei]Ramen shop near Tsutsujigaoka station. Since it was a meal ticket system, I pressed the button of Chinese soba and handed the meal ticket at the counter. It's simple, but I was surprised that one cup completed up to this point could be eaten for about 550 yen. How happy was it to be near my house? . .

A hidden gem in a residential area of Chofu, Shibasakitei is a throwback to the classic Niboshi Ramen. For 950 yen you can enjoy a fabulous bowl of Niboshi Shio Ramen with Won Ton. The soup has a distinct dried fish broth which pairs well with their plump won ton dumplings. While you might expect a few small won ton from other ramen shops, Shibasakitei doesn't skimp out on their portions. Prepare yourself for five to six ridiculously plump won ton dumplings. The soup itself is one you won't forget. With an initial taste of dried fish, you'll leave with a aromatic salty aftertaste. The noodles are quite thin and is a great accent to their original soup. Well worth the trip for their bowl. You'll leave wondering why you haven't gone before.

Nice and tasty duck broth, not so often thin slices of chashu and bamboo. Waiting line quite short so no big deal ;) And nice music in background!

I’ve been in Japan for well over three years, and this place is consistently the BEST SPOT i’ve had ramen in Japan. A SERIOUS MUST if you’re in the area. Only if Michelin stars were awarded to ramen restaurants! Soup base is so simple yet so rich with flavor; so much care in a bowl! The sides are great too!
